Sciatic nerve is a long nerve which runs from lower back to back of feet and legs. During pregnancy, the pressure on sciatica nerve can lead to the backaches or other areas. Sometimes the chronic pressure or the persistent pressure on sciatica nerves can also result into the weakness in legs or surrounding parts, numbness or even tingling. The physiotherapy uses the manual treatment and stretching exercises to relieve symptoms reduce disability.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome:

It is caused by increase in fluid that causes swelling around the channel of nerves in the wrist. The swelling can lead to symptoms including tingling, pain, numbness and lack of coordination in fingers and hands.
